Code of Good Practice 2026

This Code is a set of good practices, including ethical and professional standards, that guide us in serving customers who shop in our charity shop.

Dear Customers – supporters of the statutory activities of Fundacja Centaurus – Animality. To ensure your comfort and safety, we make a voluntary commitment that will guide us in our online shop.

Klub Fundacji Centaurus undertakes to:

act in accordance with the regulations that apply to online sellers. If the applicable regulations change, we will take all necessary steps to adapt our activities to the amended regulations;
provide information enabling us to be clearly identified, at least to the extent required by the relevant regulations – in particular, up-to-date contact details (this information should be presented legibly and be easily accessible from every part of the website);
strictly comply with the Terms and Conditions;
clearly inform customers of the purpose and scope of collecting information about them, in particular in accordance with the applicable personal data protection regulations, including the GDPR;
secure the data collected and enable data subjects to exercise their rights in accordance with the applicable regulations;
provide information on the gross price, the total price and the delivery terms;
provide legible and clear information about any additional charges;
inform buyers of the available payment methods and any related costs, as well as when payment is taken;
inform consumers of the right of withdrawal and reliably honor that right;
ensure that all information is transmitted securely;
enable buyers to contact us by telephone or email.
